Banana Smoothies Bowl Recipes

3 Bananas

1/2 cup sliced coconut

1/2 cup of yogurt

2 teaspoon of honey

Granola creations - Dark Chocolate & Banana


1. Blend 2 bananas with 1/2 cup yoghurt and 2 tablespoons of honey. Place the mixture into a bowl and let it cool down in a freezer for approximately 3 hours

2. Slice the other banana, then place the slices onto the smoothie that have been slightly frozen, and sprinkle also with dried coconut

3. Finally, add the Granola Creation – “Dark Chocolate & Banana” on the side of the coconut flakes
